The Meet Hotel is the Alumni Hall and Conference Center located on the campus of the University of Windsor. Guests will enjoy a single private suite consisting of two separate bedrooms with one double bed in each room sharing a three piece washroom and kitchenette.

We have negotiated to have athletes book rooms individually at $44.50 + taxes per night which means you will be sharing the suite with another athlete. Each bedroom has its own door and is totally private but you would be sharing a bathroom and kitchenette. There is a spot on the Online Form to put your roommate preference name down. Parking & continental breakfast is included.

The Meet Hotel is only a 200 - 400m walk away from the competition venue. If you choose to look elsewhere for accommodations then you will be responsible for your own transportation from the Meet Hotel to your hotel and to and from the competition venue.

The Organizing Committee for the Boiling Point Wheelchair Track Classic has organized and negotiated these rates for you but it is solely YOUR responsibility to book and pay for your accommodations directly to the Alumni Hall and Conference Center.
